There were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, liked that. The location was favourable and amazing, very close to a tram station. A museum and a synagogue were very close to the building.

It's quite alarming that checking into a hotel can feel like begging for entry!!! The absence of staff isn't the DIY experience one hopes for, especially at midnight. Poor communication before my arrival added to the frustration!!!

Placed in the center of Hackscher Markt the room was a cozy and quiet place to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly, smiling and very helpfull.

The hotel's location was unbeatable-just steps away from historic sites and vibrant eateries. I enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the clean room and appreciated the included breakfast selections.

The self-check-in process felt impersonal, and I found the lack of staff quite concerning at times. On a hot night, a fan just pushed the warm air around.

The self-check-in was a absolute nightmare. Door locked, no staff around, and a temperamental safe in my room. I almost enjoyed it, but the lack of welcome gift for my birthday was too much to ignore. And why only 1 mug for my coffee? Could've been great, but wasn't.
